Lakemary Center

This award-winning project for Lakemary, a nonprofit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, took on particular meaning for the QSI team.

We were proud to deliver the post-frame solution Lakemary needed to carry out its mission in and around Paola, Kansas.

Project Overview

The Lakemary pole barn features vaulted ceilings, a partial loft and an elegant, finished interior that’s lined top to bottom with 2×6 tongue-and-groove boards crafted by Midwest Columns, LLC. Its three animal pens include European-style stall fronts from Saratoga Springs, LLC. (Grand Rapids, IA) to board therapy animals in comfort and style.

QSI worked with Cannonball to source exterior Dutch doors and cupolas, and Canyon Stone, Inc. (Olathe, KS) installed the pole barn’s stone veneer wainscoting.
